This site, melissamartini.com, is run by Melissa Martini ("I," "me"). This page explains what information I collect and what I do with it.

What I collect. When you sign up for my free checklist, I collect your first name, last name and email address. My website and email tools may also collect basic technical information such as your browser type, device, pages viewed and approximate location, through cookies and similar tools.

How I use it. I use your information to send you the checklist you asked for, to send you free tips and occasional offers by email, to answer your replies and messages, and to improve this website.

Who I share it with. I do not sell your personal information. I use trusted services to run this site and send email, such as Systeme.io (website, forms and email delivery). These services only get the information they need to do their job. I may also share information if the law requires it.

Cookies. This site uses cookies to make pages work and to understand how visitors use the site. You can turn off cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site may not work properly.

Your choices. You can unsubscribe from my emails at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email. You can also email me at melissa@melissamartini.com to ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I have about you, and I will respond within a reasonable time.

Children. This site is not meant for children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from them.

Security. I take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website or email service can be guaranteed 100% secure.

Changes. I may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
